Am I the only one who thinks these pillers look like statues of hooded figures? Are they holding power seeds? There seems to be three different kinds (Horned, Helmed, and Faced) with each kind having two statues each. Horned and Faced are looking at each other while the Helmed ones stare at each other.
Am I crazy or is this geometry intentional? If they are forerunners then who are they. Last I checked there were 4 castes in thier society, not three…

Whoops! My bad. I forgot to upload the pictures. They are the pillars right before the elevator after Adjutant Resolution unlocks the door for you.
It looks like there are four more at the top of the elevator after Cortana is talking about the weapon copy and stopping Atriox.

Oh yes, I found them. Those are most definitely hooded figures using the Forerunner architecture.
