Stats

I know I hear all of these threads and posts about things we have seen, and been told are either in the game or not… but what about stats?

Remember Bungie’s stats?

  • Heat maps - Death locations - Kill locations - Medals earned - Actual STATS, like headshots, kills, deaths, avg length of life (not that interesting to me, but some like it), assists, etc.Anyone else interested in the in-depth stats?

Yes I really liked Bungie.net’s stats for Halo Reach, it was clear, simple, and complete.

They’ll be on Waypoint, like all the others are

Harithavaraj, I meant the IN-DEPTH stats. They don’t have the same amount of stats that Bungie had. That is the entire point of this thread.

I wouldn’t mind having some stats in depth in the actual game itself. Having to open up a web browser just for basic stats is a pain.

That is my biggest complaint about the transfer of Halo from Bungie to 343i. In fact, the idea for your post may have been birthed into your subconscious from reading my posts in other threads becaue I have complained about this as well lol

I really miss heat maps. They made me such a better player.

Bungie did have a WIDE variety of stats to go through. And we’re not talking about just talking about checking you’re K/D or W/L. Their stats page showed everything.

This is an idea for all those who didn’t experience bungie, net

  • The top 5 weapons you used, the % of use and how many kills you had with it. - Heat maps for Kills and Deaths. - Every medal you earned broken down in ranked and social. However they were very organized and easy to go through. Also the medals were given a % to show just how often you were earning them. - Obviously you still had Kills and deaths broken down into Ranked and Social. - Also the games played list was much better. You could see the placing, score, playlist and medals earned without even clicking on it. After you clicked on said game it would go more in depth to show you the full post game history of said game and even had a progress report of the game as it played out if you scrolled over. And player break down. Again if you scrolled over and then scrolled over someones name it would show each person they killed and how many times, and show each weapon that they got kills with in that game.I might be missing some stuff, but needless to say the page was very informative.

Yes. Totally agree.

I used to spend so much time on that checking stats.

The Waypoint stat tracking is no way near as in depth, & isn’t even consistent in the stats they do show across the titles, making even basic comparisons of your performances in Halo 3 to Halo 4 virtually impossible.

yes it would be awesome to get those stats back for H5G instead we get the -Yoinking!- halo channel with no stat tracking at all only on the computer not the consoles

that was so awesome, I miss it so much!

With all things we have to complain about with Reach, the wealth of stats was not one of them.

I remember playing elite slayer and for a good while only using the plasma pistol. My kdr eith that weapons was awesome, and i giggled each time i checked.
