Hello! Just got the game and had a few games but realised that the game is not updating the kills/deaths/assists for whatever reason after each game, just did it once after my first game but since then its not… tried signing out and stuff to update and nothing.
Anyone else with this problem? XP towards the SR is working fine.
my campaign refuses to update though I played for nearly 7.5hrs with 2 friends and they’re campaign stats updated just fine, to boot my stats say I did not play the 1st 6th and 8th missions, though I have the achievements for doing so
and microsoft I’ve now finished all the Spartan Ops Episode 1 chapters with a friend, he got the ‘A Legendary Episode’ achievement immediately and well guess what I did not, thanks microsoft I’m so happy I paid $100 on this game and have put in now close to 12 hours of effort on it and get no rewards for it
Servers are not working, be patient
I too, am experiencing this same issue. Completed the Episode I challenges on legendary but it did not update?

Same here. At one point last night it said that multiplayer was not online due to the servers. You kidding me?!
yea im having the same issue. On a good note, the game is dope as f*ck!
even here in Halo Waypoint on PC, if you go to your halo 4 stats and click to see it, it will load forever until finally a message saying “fail-safe protocol in effect - error in the requested operation bla bla bla,… you will be logged out.”
When this is fixed, will it all be updated correctly or will we have to start again?
ypu know what? I kept trying to access in here my Halo 4 service record and now it finally worked and it’s showing all my campaign and mp stats actualized. Let me check on the console.
yah, it’s all back up for me, MP, spartan ops, challenges and stats all working in the last 10 min.
Well my stats are not updating either. Says I have only played 3 games but I have played like 10 games.
yeah my stats still havent updated on the campaign 5 of 8 missons cleared co-op, still really pissed off, because now I have to run them all over again, those stat trackers should be on system, ODST or Reach didn’t have these issues on launch, guess thats the huge difference between Bungie team and half -Yoink- Bungie/Microsoft team though
yeah i got the stat problem showing the wrong armor on my spartan entire matches missing from game history medals not showing im missing an overkill and 10,15,and 20 spree medal i want them back matches like that don’t just fall off the tree
Mine just stopped updating recently. It still gives me EXP and count the wins towards the challenge but nothing happens in the service record. Is it still logging the stats so they will update eventually or it just stopped working?
343 is so garbage. What the piss is your problem with me 343… when I have monster games… you guys always find it unnecessary to update my stats. However, it always counts my mediocre games. Why do i even play… my account looks like balls because you guys only count my stats when i -Yoinking!- go negative…
Why is this still happening? I had two games today with over 15 kills and zero deaths and neither of the games are appearing on my halo waypoint. All my other games today counted. WHY!?! That is so frustrating…
I’ve just completed the campaign on Legendary on solo. I’ve received the achievement through XBox live but Waypoint still shows that I’ve only beaten the game on Normal. Is there a current issues where data is not being updated from XBox live to Waypoint?
