I’ve been having this issue ever since I got Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and started playing Halo: The Master Chief Collection on PC. I’m running Windows 10 20H2, OS build 19042.685. My profile stats aren’t updating, yet I’m still receiving season points for games that I’m playing. I posted an Imgur link to a screenshot of my stats below.
I’m not sure why this is happening, but I tried signing out of my Microsoft account on Windows and signing back in, but that didn’t resolve it, and that’s the only solution I can think of. Another issue that I’m having is that I can’t see anyone typing in text chat or hear anyone in voice chat. I tried the solutions provided in the threads below, but none of them worked. I also made sure that my settings were correct and that I’m allowing myself to see all text chat and hear everyone’s voice chat. I also make sure to press the “Tab” key to alternate to the “ALL” channel for text chat, but I still can’t see anything.

It’s also annoying that I can’t seem to track my stats because they’re not updating. If anyone has any possible solutions to my issue, I’d be forever grateful if you’d share them. Thank you.
