Yeah, the same, they only said that at this moment there is no solution, at least for the gamepass/microsoft store version, because like i said in steam versions and Xbox the stats are working, and our problem it is not global, i meet some people that their stats are tracking even in the gamepass version, so its a very odd an annoying problem :C.
It seems that support is lacking a bit for this issue. There are plenty of reports for this issue on the forums, so you would think tha tthey would try and offer some help.
