Hi when I look at my profile on Waypoint it says that I haven’t played Halo Reach yet (which is the one I have chosen to display on there) even though I very much have played it. I know that if you change your gamertag that you need to load up the game and a match and it will reappear and I’ve done this before. However I haven’t changed it and I just want to know if there is another reason why this can happen and what is it? Thanks.
I clicked on your profile and it’s showing an Inheritor rank with 100% armory completion and 82% commendation completion Is that accurate? Perhaps it updated over the last couple of days.
Thanks dude I totally forgot about this and haven’t been checking but it’s all back up there now and yes that’s accurate (disregard the crappy kd lol)! For several days it wasn’t showing up at all so that’s why I made this post so it might have been a glitch or some maintenance that lasted longer than expected. Thanks again for reminding me.

I just did a quick check of mine plus I have looked at my profile several times recently and there appears to be no issue, then or now. Have you perhaps changed your gamertag recently? If so you may need to play a game online for them to resync, otherwise I’m not sure, it may just be a delay or something like that.

i have changed my gt unfortunately, but several posts from the past mentioned just what you did about playing a few games to resync (which i have done). how long of a delay for the sync do you think there could be? i hope they sync eventually (: thank you for the input !

Usually it happens quite quickly so I’m not sure why it’s taking so long for you. Maybe it’s something to do with how the old school servers have been acting up lately I’m not sure?

Well I guess that depends on how the new, revamped Waypoint site looks and what information it will hold that’s due to be released alongside Halo Infinite. If it stays as is now then I guess whatever is on there will be frozen in time since you won’t be able to load up the old school games and play a match anymore as there will be no servers. But that’s not to say that our old stats etcetera won’t also be a part of the new site. We just have to wait and see. Keep persisting for now though, surely it’s gotta work for you eventually once these issues settle down (I hope for your sake they do).
As over on the stickied thread, I contacted support and they gave this response. Please file a ticket and reference this thread and hopefully the developers will look into it.
