Stats for gamertag not populating on Waypoint URL

Hi there, I noticed recently that for a certain gamertag that belongs to someone I play with, waypoint is no longer recording MCC games (on console) that happen on that account, and the last time we can see a game having come through for him was 12/28/19. After that, nothing is coming through via the following URL:

This is unlike my own gamertag, where my games seem to continue to come through when swapping out the gamertag above with my own. We like to keep track of our stats and this is making it quite difficult to do, does anyone out there know why this might be happening? I know that Respected Sir has helped people in the past with similar problems with stats.

Judging by the link I guess it is Knowinix26.

Looks like his H5 data is still populating, so I’m not sure.
This is a strange one.

I wonder if the total kills/deaths etc stats are still adding up after each match?

It is indeed Knownix26, yes. And that’s true, the h5 data seems to have been coming through without issue, it’s only the MCC data that seems to have stopped reporting. He’s played on both PC and Console (primarily console) and we haven’t seen any of it come through after that date.
