Hi there, here is my trouble, the Game says that I’m SR116 with 442 Xp, but the site and the app for Xbox say that I’m SR116 with 3142 Xp. Also, the game says that I have 7498 Kills and 6802 Deaths, and the site is saying that I have 7507 kills and 6806 deaths. Please verify that.

Your stats might not be updating immediately. Give it a few.
Yeah, well I’m having trouble with my stats as well! Everytime I click on my account on Waypoint, It gives me an error message and a code, and the option to sign out. I haven’t been on my account for ages!
Has been 4 hours and still the same… please 343, do something.
Seriously, I need and answer for this. How Can I fix It?

The site and the app on Xbox, booth say the same. I believe that the error is on the game. I’ve cleared the cache, deleted the TU, uninstalled and reinstalled the game on the HDD, recovered my GT and nothing has worked.
At least you didn’t lose half of you achievements across all halo games…
I believe that it hasn’t solution, right?
I’m having a problem of my stats not updating at all. I played about 10 games today, but my stats haven’t updated in game or online.
I just went from 374/413 to 212/413 to 0/0 achievements unlocked…
Well, I just hope that 343 is working on this beside the other errors.

Well, the TU doesn’t fix it. At least 343 has said that I can play normally. Tomorrow I’ll buy the Champions Bundle DLC and lets see what happens.

This seems to be a different issue, can you start a new thread with the error and code it gives you as well as the steps you take to get there?

And just to clarify, you’ve been connected to XBL/online since this? And is Halo 4 the only one showing the stats discrepancy?

Yes, I have been online since then. Yesterday I’ve bought the new DLC and tested the skins and armors, but I haven’t played any mode yet since that day (and the stats are the same). And yes, The game is the only one showing the discrepancy.
Well, after 2 weeks I finally played today. Everything gone very well (is nice to play on The Pit again), except for the discrepancy margin, that keeps the same.
We’re going to look into this and see what may be causing it.
Are you able to give us a screenshot of the in-game stats since we can confirm the others via the website.
Well, It seems that the Xp discrepancy has been fixed for Itself:
BUT the kill/death discrepancy is still present (with the same margin):
