So I’ve been putting in some decent time for the last few days after purchasing an Xbox One with MCC. I just played a few BTB matches today and noticed that literally EVERY statistic for my character is gone. I still have my single player progress and online ranks but my kills, deaths, matches, and all those stats are back to 0.
I played a couple more matches to see if anything would change and it didn’t. What is going on here?
Yeah for me and my friends our stats aren’t loading fully, like it’s only showing how many matches we’ve won. Since Xbox Live has been wonky for the last week or so this is probably just another side effect of it.
If it looks like your stats have reset, it’s often a good idea to check your Service Record here on Halo Waypoint. Sometimes, when Xbox LIVE has issues, your rank won’t display in-game, but they’ll still display here on the website.
In this case, nobody’s Service Record is accessible right now. They all lead to error pages, which makes me think that there’s a temporary problem going on with the servers.

This should always be the very first place you check if you have problems. Save it to your favorites. Live has been having a lot of problems lately…again.
