I know the stats app isnt really 100% supported anymore, but is it normal that I can’t look at my own wargames stats but I can look at everyone elses? Is this happening to everyone or just me?

I don’t know which app specifically you are talking about, but I do know that any Halo app on Xbox, Mobile or PC is no longer receiving updates. You’re likely getting a glitch.
If you want to view your Warzone Stats, Waypoint is the right place to do it on PC and Mobile. You can find it in your service record, inside the profile menu.
For console, you need to access your stats in game.
