So previously microsoft store wasn’t working, so I had to do a clean install just so I could play this game. Now this game’s stats/achievements aren’t tracking.
What is tracked:
Social rank [end of round where it shows you all the points you earned]
Campaign score - difficulty completed
What’s not tracked:
KDAR
Achievements
Other stats
What doesn’t seem to be tracking:
Competitive rank
I’ve contacted Xbox/MS support several times.
In outer worlds achievements weren’t tracking because a service was blocked in my firewall
What services/apps/packages require access? What IPs should be whitelisted?
I assume it’s not a firewall issue this time, as stats are tracking…
My Team Hardcore rank resets every single time I close the game. Support sent me some KB article, none of which applies to me, and has yet to respond back in over a week. I don’t believe they are acknowledging this as an issue.

Microsoft is full of spaghetti code and diferent tears of staff that aren’t allowed to communicate with one another. LOL [well to be fair most support is outsourced, but still they tell you to close chat and open in some other page rather than passing you to them, asking them for you etc] and none of the support knows what they’re doing past there 10 line troubleshooting script.
