I wonder what everyone else thinks about the current balance of the automatics?
Personally it has gotten harder to use and I’m still getting used to the lowered aim assist but I’m making head way with the AR again as I love how much power it has and tighter spread. Though the Suppresser is really underpowered. Though I can’t make a comment about the storm rifle yet as I have not tried it out yet.
I have only tried tthe storm. It shreds if you stay in its range, like its so good now
As it stands the Suppressor’s lack of any range and the AR’s lack of damage are keeping them from being useful in most scenarios. But the Storm Rifle still stands on it’s feet as being both mildly flexible, and ferociously powerful.
Like i said in another topic:
AR is good and the storm rifle is not too bad, but the Suppressor is hard to use IMO.
The AR is doing really great for me, and it’s nice to be able to kill 2 players with 1 AR mag if most of the shots hit.
Storm Rifle seems… odd, I’m just not sure it feels pretty weak in my hands compared to before. It still spreads out like crazy .
Suppressor is still an absolute beast in near melee range but beyond that the extra damage and very minor spread reduction hasn’t changed much of a thing.
I’m a CQC kind of guy so I use these weapons often and so far the AR seems to be the king and there isn’t much reason to pick the SR or Suppressor.

I agree, but I must admit that fighting precision rifles and trying to get in close has gotten harder than before.

The thing is we already handicap ourselves in using very close range weapons, so we should moderately dominate a fight in those areas instead of struggling. Also random spread missing vital killing shots also hamper us…
I do love my new carbine though.
I’m digging the AR. Very powerful and rewards good aim…
