If Bungie could have them and sites across the internet can have them, why not waypoint? 
If they don’t have the time, they could ask one of the sites out there who already provide that service to do that for them. Simple. Leaderboards would be nice 343.
Would likely require the Halo: Reach API which Bungie didn’t hand over to 343i and they have no plans on making one, it isn’t likely.
Not really. Sites are still getting the info to update their stats. The API problem can be jumped around.

Perhaps not AS in-depth, but still pretty in depth. Pretty good stats if you ask me
