As many halo and bungie fans already know, on the 31 of march 343i will be in controll of ALL halo stats.
Because I do not have recon armor yet I will be working had to attain it. My question is will 343i have any jurisdiction if granting recon for vidmaster achievements?

And to the other poster, I say given because bungie will not able to unlock recon anymore. So someone with a key to the lock is needed. It would still be earned, but still awarded.
