Can you provide a little more insight into your experience?
Based on what you are saying I’m forced to assume you are talking Deathmatch and every single time someone uses stasis you disconnect. Honestly, it sounds like your install might be bad and it may not have the effects loaded or something.
Can you play as Arbiter and use Stasis in a game against 1 AI? Now try in a game against 1 player. Do you get the same results? These are the sorts of things that would help the developers figure out what problem you are experiencing to be able to help you.
