Downloaded the MoR update, and now when ever the game attempts to load the new map Stasis, the game crashes back to the Xbox One dashboard. This occurs in a Custom lobby and also Arena. Obviously now i cant play Arena, since i will get banned after stasis comes up in rotation and the game crashes. I have not seen anything like this online when I Google it so i have no idea what to do. Does anyone have any ideas? A number or email i can use to contact 343 would be helpful. Any help is Much appreciated

My first guess is something didn’t install properly. An uninstall and reinstall might do the trick, but depending on your ISP, you might have to wait a considerable amount of time.

Yeah thats what i am afraid of. I dont think you can uninstall just one update so ill have to do the entire game. Will i lose all the REQs ive unlocked if ive do that?
Hey OP, all your REQs are safely store elsewhere so you won’t lose anything. You’re right that you can’t uninstall a single update, it needs to be the full game but you will have a fresh copy on your console once it’s complete. Make sure to do a hard reset after installing and then boot the game up
