So, i am thinking of trying to start using MnK in Infinite but i have never done so in a shooter, any tips on how to start and get used to it more?
What does ‘MnK’ mean?
Mouse and keyboard.

Ha! Thanks! So obvious once pointed out?
Thanks
First of all you have to understand Halo is a very different genre of shooter with its immensely high TTK (time to kill). This means instead of those crazy headshots and flicks montages you will be relying on tracking (staying on target) very much often than not. Controllers have this aspect basically negated, and if you have played Halo on consoles before you will realize sometimes letting go of aim and letting the aim assist do its work fares better than fighting for control.

Be mentally prepared that aiming (and subsequently missing) will be a huge part of your early experience. Unless you are playing swats (which I hope comes soon), you will expect people perfecting on you from controllers while barely hit 2 shots.

Get a comfortable sensitivity. Generally for shooters low dpi and sens are the way to go. I can give you more details but your first step is to get a comfortable sensitivity that is not too far from your normal mouse usage. RIP to you if you are like me on 3.2k dpi.

Map out your keyboard.

Practice aim with Aimlab and other tools as such.
Max Fov 120 feels good on mnk, I see most controller users using lower fov like 103 cause aim assist.
Stay with controller. The advantages that MKB have in other games do not translate well here, especially with aim assist being so good on controller right now.
