I find that any time I want to just play some Halo 5 with a friend, I have to hard-shutdown my xbox at least once. Sometimes I have to do a hard-shutdown and then reset my router just to get the freaking party chat to work. Then don’t get my started on the game data syncing issues. Yesterday I tried to get a party of 4 together for some slayer; after 30 minutes of trying we gave up. The party chat would only allow 3 people in at once before it disconnected the fourth. So we tried game chat and we couldn’t all join the lobby together. I we tried with different hosts and restarting our xbox ones. Finally we all just said -Yoink- IT!!! It’s really frustrating because all of us work full time jobs and are married or live with girlfriends. So our time to play together is already greatly limited. So when this -Yoink- doesn’t work, it just induces rage.

I often glance over at my original Super Nintendo, purchased in 1995, and think wow what a great machine. My SNES still works perfectly after all this time. How long will my Xbox one ($350 on sale) last compared to my SNES ($99 in 1995)? It just makes me shake my head.

I hate it when stuff like that happens.
