I think matchmaking should be tweaked to force even teams when starting a game. Sure there is join in progress, but sometimes you don’t get teammates until a few minutes into the game, even then you will likely be losing by a sizable margin which discourages joining teammates. People joining will see how badly they’re losing quit.
I can’t count the number of times where we would be voting for a map and 3 teammates would quit out. This really sucks. Even worse, since Team Throwdown doesn’t have JIP, you won’t get any teammates for the rest of the game. I’m not saying I want JIP in Team Throwdown, quite the opposite actually.
I propose even teams being forced in ALL playlists. I don’t think people should have the option to leave after voting starts.
