Do i need delete my spartan to use terminals second time and how i do that?
On my second play through terminals don’t work and I don’t remember them.

You don’t need to delete your Spartan in order to use Terminals, and by “use terminals” do you mean watching the videos?
If so, once you’ve discovered them, the videos are located on the Waypoint’s Service Record on the Waypoint website. So, click on your profile and go to your Halo 4 Service Record and once its loaded up, click Campaign from the sidebar on the left hand side. Then click on the far right of the Campaign menu, you can choose the Domain Terminals tab. You should be able to watch any of the videos there (if you’ve discovered them) by clicking the appropriate thumbnail. Hope this helps.
