haven’t watch star trek before. I know there are a lot of Star Wars fans that also like Halo
You need to decide for your own whats better,but you also need to accept if some one likes something diffrentm
Halo, have only seen bits of Star Trek never really cared for it, couldn’t get into it at all.
I believe Halo has a far more believable universe overall, and that it has more consistent lore, and more interesting varieties of aliens. So I would vote that Halo is the better of the two, but other people may value different aspects of the franchises.

I was a huge Star Trek fan as a kid and I still am, but more casually so… as I’ve gotten older I’m seeing a lot of the flaws in its writing I’m afraid. Some of the cheaper sci fi plot devices that Halo tries to avoid (time travel to conveniently fix anything) are overused and abused by Star Trek a lot.
