Here’s some a roundhouse kick . Arm over magnum kinda like mcree does in overwatch, looking into the barrel of a battle rifle. and a foot on a skull when holding a energy sword, and a storm rifle
assassination stance or something
Cortona in your hand.
Chilling with a grunt.
Some in grenade holding poses.
How about a stealthy looking one that holds the silenced BR?
Ground Pound landing?
Holding a Flag? Flagnum?
What about in a Mongoose?
Something with the Spartan Laser. Seriously, all these weapon stances & the best weapon, imo, doesn’t get a stance.

If the game was (no hate on 343i) rated M. I always thought a double bird-flipping stance would be hilarious.
But I think you should be able to have REQ variants in your stances. Like Assassin with Vorpal Talon. Or Look Skyward with a Nornfang. This could require you to have a Certification of the special variants. This wouls encourage more players to get more Packs (by playing or spending, both good for 343i).

You are a genious! I would love to see an animation where a spartan is fumbling with a Grenade trying to put the pin back in then dropping it.

Just imagine someone dressed as caboose from rvb and the fumble grenade animation. That would be hilarious.
I hate cod for its multiplayer but some of their ideas were spectacular. The animated poses at the end of the match would be spectacular or even during intro sequences for ranked playlists I would love to see the other team and then some sort of animation.

I know dual wielding has been mentioned, but would like to see one similar to that of Sarah Palmer from the cover of Initiation.
Another idea would be “Sword & Shield”: An energy sword in one hand at the ready, a hardlight shield in the the other. The pose would look like the Spartan is ready to go toe to toe with their opponent.
I also would like to see one doing the “Come At Me Bro!” pose. (Google it) or the “ARE YOU PEOPLE NOT ENTERTAINED!!!” from the movie “Gladiator”.
Would also like to see different types of team win animations.
