Stacking req weapons question

Do any of you know if you can stack ammo? Meaning if I spawn a sniper. Shoot say…six bullets and I have enough req points to get another sniper. Ifor I chose that and place it on the sniper I already have, will it just add all the ammo to the snipwr, or completely replace it? In other words. Do I have to wait until my first sniper is empty in order to get another one?

I honestly am now sure. Someone here will probably know this already but I have almost all the reqs so I’ll test this out and get back to you if no one responds which I doubt.

to my knowledge it wont even let you highlight the same gun in the REQ system. So if you spawn with the AR, you can spawn with two different AR’s but you cant stack them or spawn with two of the same

Reqs bad. Halo 4 system better. More balanced. Call in weapons almost anywhere. Weapons take longer to fade away. More chances of getting you weapon after death. Can’t be spawn killed with power weapons. Power weapons far more random.

What exactly does this have to do with OP’s question?

pretty sure it replaces, though I don’t know for certain.

I’m not even sure that’s something you’d want to do, given how easy it is to lose your weapons because of the speed of despawn. Get the one, use it up, and if you’re still alive by the end get a second one.

I don’t even care. Reqs are bad. Halo 4 you could just walk over a weapon and pick up ammunition.

If you dont even care, why are you in this thread? Halo 5 is no different in that regard either. In fact, UNLIKE Halo 4, you can also pick up grenades off of dead bodies.
