Has anyone ever stacked Overshields in Warzone? Does it have an effect like stacking speed boosts, like maybe your shields are a ton stronger?
While I personally don’t know as I’ve never tried it, but thanks for the idea! I will try it out next time I’m online/have enough Energy/Overshields
I’ve never tried. I know that stacking Speed Boosts makes you faster but stacking Invisibility doesn’t make you more invisible.

If you try to stack over shield power ups all they will do is fill you shield up to 200%, it will never go over that. The only stackable power ups are Speed boost and Damage Boost. You can also stack each power up together but you cant go over 4 power ups at a time or they will just replace one another.

had no idea you could do that. Speed plus damage boost plus overshield plus sword. = clearing main middle base any map.
why not try it in forge… Stack up power ups and see what happens.

Your not going to have enough energy to do that all at once. Maybe 2 or 3 of them if you have a lot of energy.

That’s what i did… Turn up you spartan speed in customs and have a lot of Speed Boosts on the map… Fun.

I’ve played some matches against opponents who do this, it’s extremely difficult to track them properly & they tend to crush an entire place on their own.

Why would you want a damage boost with a sword?

Lol I know I wouldn’t, if anything I’d do OS+speed, invis or x4 speed

Sure you can. I’ve stacked multiple speed boost and an overshield on a prophets bane before. You just have to have people willing to share in your company. Weapon sharing can create some seriously deadly combos to support your team. Stack a damage boost and overshield on the answer and you’ll be on a rampage in no time. lol
i don’t think it works
Stacking overshields does do something. You can get from 1:heavy_plus_sign: 3 shields to (2*1) 
6 layers of overshield. The thing with the two overshields, is even if they all go, you get a buff to your base shield and base health where their resistance is doubled, but this only when the timer of the 2 overshields is still there. So if you pop overshield 2 and overshield 3, you will have this special buff for 1.5 minutes.
For active camouflage , have more than one allows you to move at jogging speed without breaking the effect.
Speed boosts are exponential multipliers of 1.2, so having two will give 44% extra speed as oppose to 40%.
Damage boost is 1.5, so having two brings your damage output to 2.25.
This was over a year old guys…I’d recommend making a new one if you have something you’d like to add to this topic. Oh mods, what do reporting option do I choose when old threads are revived? I’ve always puzzled over this question.
