I was SR50 when I joined We Need Achilles M8s in February and have since reached SR131 while making straight A’s in upper level courses. However, there are still 20 SR60- players in our company that have consistently played very little since they’ve joined us and are currently hindering our progress. I haven’t expressed this concern to my company’s leadership yet because I’m aware of how difficult it is to recruit new players into a company that already has the armor, so I’ve taken it upon myself to post here in search of active SR90+ players who either already have the armor or just want the helmet and would be willing to join our company. We are over halfway to the helmet, and replacing the inactive SR60- players with active SR90+ players would take us further EXPONENTIALLY faster. It is easier to get people in closer to the helmet because they can always leave later to join pretty much any company because the armor is too easy to get. By the way, this is probably the wrong forum. I know Reddit helped our company with some good recruiting.

There is an actual recruitment forum where you can post for recruiting. Though honestly our best grinders for the final push came from Reddit. For example we had several people join the last week before the helmet who got over 3000 headshots each that week to finish our last commendation.

damn I just recently came back to halo 5 after all of the good updates happen. That helmet looks badass not gonna lie but im only sr77 atm 
sucks too cuz most of the kills coms can be achieved through warzone and warzone is my main gametype haha. Once I hit 90 and you are still looking for players I’ll hit you up.

No you won’t get the Armor. have to be In the company before they get It.
