took me 1 year (only playing on weekends due to schedule) to reach 109 then i got bored of the game, took a 3 year break then got back into halo

Idk. Maybe… if you grind hard. Isn’t SR150 half way to 152 anyways? I haven’t looked at the Halo 5 exp system in awhile (im 149 on there) and got a buttload of hours. lol

Still, if you continue at your pace of .15% per year it would take you several lifetimes (666 years) to reach 152.

SR150 requires 24m XP, SR152 requires 26m XP so once you hit SR150 you have a million more XP to get before you hit halfway.
Is it possible? Yes, but it will depend on how much free time you have and how much of that you’re willing to dedicate to it.
From SR114 you would need to average very slightly over 250k XP per day for 6 months to hit SR152 by Infinite’s launch. If you have enough Blue and Gold XP boosts and can regularly win Mythic Warzone Firefight that’s roughly 12-13 games a day which will probably take you between 3 and 4 hours per day. That’s still a pretty big ask.
If you think you’d like to give yourself the option, all you can do for now is to start grinding and see what’s sustainable for you.

I don’t think it’s worth getting to 152 for a simple cosmetic. That’s way to much time to be asked, especially in the time given. People who are already 152 not worry anyways.

It is the white-and-grey armour coating as well as the weapon skin that you see in the images behind those links. However, there may actually be other things too, as it was said that there are several rewards for reaching SR-152, and the armour & weapon coating (skin) are two of those rewards.

Yeah it seems unlikely you could make it. I’m at 145 and I don’t have a chance of making it (I only play on weekends mostly though).
I played a lot of halo 5 I earned 152 on two accounts and still haven’t received anything for it except some cheesey emblem in halo 5
