As you promote your SR rank, are rewards always random? or do they get better/locked in as you get higher?
The only thing that isn’t random are the emblems that you get.

I assume you mean the promotion req packs you get at certain levels. Those are level specific. I.E. You’ll unlock the basic BR with the promotion pack for a certain level and you unlock specific emblems towards the end.
If you mean req packs in general aside from the promotion packs and a few special packs those are random.

Wait, we unlocked standard weapons this way? It’s been so long I don’t even remember that. I was recently thinking that’s how it should be done, but I guess it was.

I know the Basic model BR is unlocked in one of the SR packs.
