Halo 4 launches at midnight and everyone will rush home to play the most anticipated game of the year. Unwrap, pop it in, and eventually get to multiplayer(who doesn’t play campaign first?) You finish your first war games match and reach SR-2. Which utitility weapon do you buy, BR or DMR? My choice is the BR, love the weapon and can’t get enough of it. Post your answers down below. Thought this would be a fun little thing for people that can’t sleep because of anticipation lol.
DMR. I already start off with the Arctic BR because of my GameStop preorder.

DMR because i will already have the Arctic BR unlocked :).

Play Spartan OPs if skill is a concern. You can grind like -Yoink- until you have what you want.
Also, there are pre set loadouts with BR/DMR too.
OT: I am already netting myself a sweet Arctic BR, so i don’t really have to choose. I’ll just go for the DMR and have both at SR-2.

That’s pretty much the smart thing to do if you get the Arctic Battle Rifle 
But if I didn’t pre-ordered the game with the Arctic BR , I would go with my lovely Battle Rifle , so happy that it’s back ! 
I’ll unlock both because I’ll unlock the AR by using the Prime skin code.

You know I totally forgot if you pre-ordered you have instant use to the Artic BR. Two of my favorite things combined, artic camo and the Battle Rifle. I still believe I will save my first Spartan Point and use it towards Promethean Vision. I’m just sick of the DMR and I miss strafing with the BR. Both of the weapons take skill but to me there is just something so satisfying about landing all of your 3 round bursts with the BR and getting that 4, now 5 shot kill. Plus the DMR will be everywhere now with loadouts so I’ll just pick it up lol.

DMR, gotta get used to it when everyone uses BR. It will be quite the advantage once i get it down.

Thanks for the info , since I will have the Arctic Battle Rifle , I’m saving my Spartan Points for Promethean Vision or Thruster Pack .
personally i prefer the AR so i might save the point to grab active camouflage for a loadout etc
i get the Arctic BR and another AR skin, so DMR i guess
