So it has taken me since the launch to finally get to SR 130 and i have enjoyed the
journey, the challenges and all else that has gone with it but…
Now i find myself not really caring about playing to complete
challenges etc as i cannot get XP anymore, so for me the fun
has gone down a fair amount actually.
Now some might say it is not about the challenges it is about having fun!!!,
yes i do have fun i am not saying that, i enjoyed the challenge of climbing
the SR ladder gaining new armour etc, but as you complete challenges and
other things to get XP to get to SR 130 it makes the game play for me
fun and draws me to want to play more.
I am at a loss 343, what now for all the people on SR 130 and
all the others soon to be there to, what is there for us to do
now that we have completed all the Specializations, cannot gain
anymore XP through playing Spartan Ops or War Games and the
challenges have become somewhat of a faint memory.
(Dont even get me started on Virgins Competition as it is a joke!!??)
What is the pull for us now 343, are you going to take it up a level,
new armour, SR increase, maybe challenges that give SR 130 folks something
to get back in the game for??!!

I’m stuck on level 70, but I’m really surprised how fast I got there from level 50. When specs are released, I think I will get level 130 too soon.
I don’t get it, Reach, which wasn’t even half as good as Halo 4, had literally years of playing til you got final rank.

Very true as i only managed to get to Nova and had done a lot of playing believe me??!!!
I was very surprised to get to SR 130 so fast??!!
i honestly can’t wait till im sr 130 so i never have to touch a challenge or spartan ops unless i feel like it… not that i really do now honestly.
no more nagging feeling to do something for a perk, i’ll have it all.
130 is way too easy to get to. Needs to be like 500 or 1000. I was happy when I got Reach Inheritor.
I don’t see where is it the problem. Every game has a top end, but not for that you stop playing. Well, if you are not someone that buyes a game only to rank…
I agree that SR-130 is too easy to reach, but it doesn’t change the fact.

Uhm… did you mastert every weapon? Got every stance?
Being a 130 myself, I completely agree. As I have said in many other posts… “WE NEED MORE MP CONTENT”. MP is the only thing that keeps games alive. If they put in the traditional 1-50 ranked playlists, brought back (and kept) more playlists, maybe release all of the most popular maps from each previous halo, put in harder levels to gain for the people that dont want to play the ranked playlists, maybe some more unique gear or armor effects that are hard to obtain, etc… There are so many things that could be done. Anyways… Until they do some of this you can work on commendations, practice to become better, and just have fun playing with some friends. Hopefully that lasts long enough, and the update they do in january is amazing. I think alot of us are having high hopes for it.
This is why I’m in no rush to hit 130. I think they figured leveling up to max in Halo 3, Halo Wars, and Reach took an absurd amount of time, so they tried to fox it but really overcompensated.
Or you know, you can just play the game like what i do? Even tho i am only rank 57 but if i was a 130 i would still play cause the rank is pointless to me.
I am SR 130 but I am continuing to play to try and get some stances and armor. You could try the same OP.
Just play the game to have some fun. That’s what games are for after all.

You crazy?! People got 130 in less than a month. If you calculate that It would take about half a year to get to 1,000. No…it needs to be more…like…1,000,000,000?

I’m right there with you. my last game about an hour ago got me my SR130. Now ill just have to see if i enjoy it as much. I’m not sure it will be the same but i just have to wait until i get on again.

^this is what im saying man. im relieved now. and its going to be so nice to use something else in the support upgrade besides fast track.

You sure? I counted 48 and thats nowhere near 6.
I just do what I’ve done since the start: Play for fun. I hit 130 and that didn’t change my attitude at all, I just play because I like the game.
I would like more ranks and more to unlock though but even if they do I’ll play for fun.
