I know you have heard this before… But after just a month 50% was SR 130… With all the bonus xp and stuff going on still, i just wish the SR would be much higher then that (like SR 343… or maybe even SR 500)
Why? Cus it fun to rank up, and it would take a long time to hit 
Dont get why 130 was the number (would be better with SR 343 if you ask me)
Doing all the comm/challenges/bonus stuff and not have nothing good out of them is boring

Not only ranking up to the max level doesn’t take much time, but I see there are a lot of ways of getting XP quickly. Challenges, Spartan Ops, Fast Track, Classified codes, and even this Drop Shock Halo Week or whatever it is, all offer opportunities to easily get large amounts of XP. I would like to still be able to rank up, but without unlocking anything important. I don’t like getting owned by people using abilities and weapons I don’t have yet available. I don’t agree with having to rank up for getting stuff because this puts new players at a disadvantage and they might quit the game because they might not have the time and patience to play enough to unlock all the good stuff(Specialisatons).

I feel your pain.
i causally played halo 4 for a month or so when it came out and got to SR130
and now there is no point in playing, yeah i love halo but halo 4 has so many problems that its not fun to play, i tried the new Multi-team today and it was so laggy that i got mad like i always do and just left, this CSR rank might be good for a little while but people will stop wanting to pull there laptops out to view it after every couple games, it just came out and i dont want to pull my laptop out to view it.
oh well, halo 4 has open my eyes to how awesome Black ops 2 is=}

i love H4… but true about the lag at the moment Its much more fun to play if you can rank up (in my opinion) so agreed. But BO 2 is boring^^
Would’ve made sense for you to complete 50 levels every spec.

I used to be mad after XP until a few months after release. I would have done almost anything to have an advantage against other players. After I got Fast Track I played Spartan Ops almost every day trying to reach the max rank. I thought my mission was over after getting to 130. And it’s true. Halo 4 is getting more and more boring to me by the day. I barely see any point in plying anymore, mainly because I don’t even have anyone to play with. The friends I made in Halo Reach played Halo 4 for a few weeks until they realized it’s not so good and left to play other games. But I am stuck with just Halo 4 at least for another few months, because I live in Romania (it’s a country) and here games are expensive and/or hard to get. I don’t know if my location also affects my network status, but in matchmaking I rarely have any lag, although it’s rather frequent in Spartan Ops and sometimes in Campaign (if I find someone to play with). The only other game I got last year was Black Ops 2. I thought I would love it since I BO1 was the game I probably spent most time on, but the sequel just didn’t catch me. Don’t find interest anymore in testing the new weapons (on AIs, of course) or trying to get to higher rounds in Zombies.
