I’m an SR-130 and I’ve noticed that my Specialization title has changed from Pathfinder to “Mastery”. Although I purposely did Pathfinder last for it to say Pathfinder, I’m all for this. I think it’s cool 343 did this as sticking with the Specialization name irritated quite a lot of fans.
My friend got stuck with “Stalker” and I used to make fun of him lol…until today.
EDIT: When I’m searching or in the game lobby, it doesn’t say Mastery beside my player card. There’s nothing there, doesn’t say Mastery or my last Spec
I think it only says “Mastery” when you’re NOT playing in a Matchmaking mode. It’s saying Mastery when I’m in Customs and console-Spartan Ops but not War Games or SOPS Matchmaking. If a 130 plays in a Matchmaking mode, nothing will be there.
They need to make it so that you can have it say whatever specialization you have on. So say you are about to start the game it says above the players or whatever what they intend to use for their specialization or what they are currently using fo r their specialization. That way if there are Pathfinders, people can see this and use Operator.

The DMR didn’t get nerfed, I can tell you that now.

Yes, great idea but players can use more than one Specialization mod in their loadouts at a time - as much as they would like so there’s really not much of a point because of how everything is set up.

Well that’s interesting! I was hoping to keep Pioneer when I hit 130 in 3 levels here, just to show people that I didn’t take the slightly-easier way up.
