Just wondering , but does anyone know if 343 has any plans on raising the SR130 level cap ? I read somewhere that were either going to raise it or apply an H3 style rankings systems on january , but well … its already march and i havent’ seen anything new . I already reached the cap and would just like to have something work towards 
They’ve not mentioned it once, anywhere. I think they’re expecting people to continue playing in order to complete commendations.
I really think they should increase the levels or have some, dare I say it, prestige type thing where you unlock something permanently but get to go back through the ranks again.
I feel like they should throw out two new Specializations when the next season of Ops starts, and lift the cap to 150.
I would say be happy you got to 130. I know a guy who started playing the same time I did in, within the two week period to get the specialization code. I got the code, and he didn’t. Stopped playing and sold the game, saying something about never buying a Halo game again, when he capped at lvl 70.

Really? Your friend chucked a tantrum because the level cap was 70? Jeez.
I for one am only lvl 68 now and seem fine with the prospect of another 60 lvls to get through.

Yeah, the whole specialisation code thing was a really bad idea, or just poorly handled (ie. Americans just had to play a game within 2 weeks of launch but Europeans had to have pre-ordered). I think it drove away a lot of players within the first month when they realised they were capped so early and couldn’t do a thing about it - it must have felt very unfair to them.
I t really needs to be raised, I’ve been SR130 for about two months now.
Needs a ranking system that´s what this needs.

No, CSR is the best way to fix this problem. Adding more ranks is just delaying the inevitable. I’m bored of this game and I haven’t even maxed out yet.
I’d like the idea of two more specialisations, but how about once they are all done we could class the war games as “training” which it is, and add a new rank system once it is complete.
How about a Halo 3/Halo Reach hybrid with the military ranks, where you need a certain rank (whatever this is they are bringing out) to get higher. So once you have completed all the training in each “specialised area” you can go out and be that real spartan in theory. So you start at Private or something and just keep leveling up after that.

I like that idea. So we’ve basically completed training as a Spartan-IV, including all types of specialisations, and are now ready to enlist in the military ranks starting at Recruit/Private?
Did we forget that CSR comes out around April 28th?
i’m personally still skeptical about that rumored hayabusa armor that we saw a model of not too long ago. That would add some play time if its hard to unlock…that is IF its even real.
I guess the 2 week thing is about as unfair as the pre-order armor options… The Deadeye helmet is cool…but where I am at there is no Best Buy to pre-order from…
