Its just the UNSC eagle emblem. Its been posted about on here several times now. I’m a few matches from dinging 130. Honestly wasn’t expecting much as a reward

LASO = Legendary All Skulls On.

SR130 you are rewarded an emblem and background. You stay named as the last SP you were in. There is nothing rewarding as such at achieving this level. I wouldn’t rush yourself kids.
