Halo Infinite seems to have a very high level of overall treble.
for people with very good hearing this amount of “squeaky noise” can be very irritating as well as tiring and reduces game enjoyment. turning down the volume simply reduces awareness instead of helping with piercing sounds. having to change the speaker settings out of game to make the sound soothing is suboptimal. the menu is especialy high pitched.
could a two band equalizer (treble and bass) be added as a child to the main volume slider?
another nice addition would be a menu effect sound slider seperate from the gameplay effect volume, as the menu button sounds are very loud.
