Squad for CO-OP

So i was thinking, what if, for co-op purpouses on Halo 4, we have a squad command system. P1 (the Chief) will be able to issue commands to his/her friends to increase advantages on the battlefield and provide tactical advantage.

How to make it work for Halo: Most of you are thinking, “OMGWTF U BF3 N00B!!1!”. trust me, this can work for our campaign as well. just think of pressing a button and suddenly your HUD zooms in.

How it could be implemented: Playing out a situation. You and your team have the drop on a few enemies, they dont see you but your squad needs a sit-rep. you look up a bit and spot a few of them so your team can see them. You spot explosives in the distance for a plan for later. Then you see a weapons cash, looking around you see your team only has one-clip wonders(AR) so you decide to spot that, sneek around, grab the weapons, and increase your chances of winning.

Why some people might dislike: some people might say its just not halo, others might say that we may not need it.

So thats my idea in a nut-shell, please fill free to comment whether you like, dislike, or arnt just too crazy about it

EDIT: This idea might also work in firefight. just think of a full team having it so enemies cant sneek up on you. your survival chances would increase significantly!

So this squad command system is basically like the command system in Star Wars Republic Commando. I would like to be able to have a system like that for Halo 4.

I don’t really understand what you’re talking about.

using a squad system in coop to increase tactical battlefield awareness. it could also work for people who dont have/enjoy mics

What would be the point?

If someone doesn’t have a mic, it’s because they don’t want or care to communicate. What use would they have for an alternative?
