when i play halo i noticed that when i shoot someone while they are sprinting they continue to sprint and almost always get away from me. when ever I’m in a sprint and i get shot i come to a complete stop and almost never get away. is any one else having this issue or is it something that happens to everyone and I’m just not seeing it. i have read on websites that when you are getting shot there is a window of time that limits you from sprinting but this is not my problem. it is in a full sprint that I’m being shot and slowed down.

Or when I’m trying to ram someone with a vehicle and their weapon projectiles slow me down so much I’m moving at like 5mph. Rage building.
I think they only stop sprinting if you shoot at them continuously like with a magnum or a AR for example. I don’t think the fire rate of the BR is fast enough.
i will stop sprinting on the first shot which slows me down and they can then have the time to shoot me more. i don’t understand how it happens to me and the next person i see i shoot them while sprinting and they continue to sprint. It is such a disadvantage to me and i have no idea how it can happen to one person and not someone else…
If you are not at full sprint speed when you are shot it will knock you out of it
