I continue to see posts where people insist that this game is “fast” thanks to sprint.
These same posts fail to realize that maps are considerably larger than in previous games and that base movement speed is considerably lower.
What’s worse is that raising base movement speed could easily result in the sensation of being “fast.”
This is a fast game:
Sprint doesn’t make the game faster, it simply removes the ability to be fully functional while moving at top speed. Being unable to aim while at top speed is as absurd as Halo 4’s removal of being able to pick up dropped grenades.
