What do you think would be some interesting, possibly fun names for killing sprees with various weapons for those that have already been confirmed, or even ones you would like to see? Give the name of the spree and then the weapon/situation required for it.
A couple of my own ideas first:
-And boom goes the dynamite!! (second rocket launcher spree)
vaccination!!(needle rifle spree)
The doctor is in!(needle rifle second spree)
-Scout ( DMR spree)
-I haz Recon!! (DMR second spree)

just a really bad kid (and stupid noob) can support the infinite betrayal and put medal names on it

That wasn’t very nice. Am I reading that right? I’ve never been booted for betrayals. Out of 16,000 something kills, I have like 200 betrayals. 90% of those came from griffball.
Nice on the betrayal spree…but perhaps better on gametypes where avoiding betrayals are hard to do, like the fore-mentioned griffball.

Would depend on how they’re handled. Insult-slinging typically isn’t something that encourages people to keep doing whatever receives the insults. Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening is a good example of that. It had a trick where you could shoplift from the store in the town, but if you did, first you would get killed by the shopkeeper if you ever returned, plus for the rest of the game whatever name you entered for Link would be replaced by Thief. In all honesty it’s neat to do for a time or 2, but eventually it discourages you from doing the shoplifting.
That being said, some sort of visual/audible reference letting you know that not only are you betraying teammates but that you’re starting to stack them up would be kinda helpful, especially in games like griffball.
Seriously, 8 guys rushing towards a single point, half of which are trying to kill you and the other half you’re trying not to kill, all with 1-hit kill area effect weapons…how can you not get a betrayal every now and then?
Gettin head= headshot spree
driveby= paasenger in vehicle gets a kill but not like the one on the turret but the actual passenger seat
grudge=killing the same person a certain amount of times in a row (not sure how many would be good)
assination=(yes i didnt screw up) assassinating spree
classic spree (five kills w/ magnum)
traditionalist (ten kills w/ magnum)
no change!!! (fifteen kills w/ magnum)
I think they should add some of the ones that didn’t make the cut in Halo Reach. For example:
You Suck! – Get 5 deaths in a row without killing anyone
Cool Spawn Bro – I don’t know if they will add this, but let someone spawn in you’re area 5 times without getting killed
And then, there are a couple of my own…
Hacker! – Get 25 kills without getting killed
Hot Potato – Stick 5 enemies in a row without dying
1 Man Show – Score all 3 flags in CTF for you’re team and win the match.
Duke Nukem (Frag nade killing frenzy)
All I know is that Wolfkill has to be in there. It would be so awesome.
If flame weapons are back these are the medals they need
5- Incineration spree
10- BBQ spree
15-Hail to the Chef
When you get a headshot across the map without zooming with the sniper rifle
Hawkeye (reference to the Marvel character ‘Hawkeye’ who is the worlds greatest marksman)
Backstabber
Assassin
Flaming Ninja
5 10 and 15 taking the enemy out with style with assinations in one life.
I really hope they will add more than 3 sprees to specific weapons, especially the driver assist sprees as I love driving around pals in the turret. It gets rather dull for me when you’re at a 15+ assist spree in the driver seat, compared to my friends who is getting kicks all the way to 40+.
I don’t have any suggestions at the moment. I might add some later if I can think of any.
Super Soldier: Earn 20 kills and no deaths in a Match-made Slayer game.
Odin’s Hammer: Earn 10 kills in a row while wearing the highest-level-unlock MJOLNIR armour (History lesson, MJOLNIR, the Spartans armour is named after Odin’s hammer, Mjolnir. So the medal makes sense now! :D)
Never tell me the odds…: Win a Slayer game by at least ten kills when at least half your team quits.
