I don’t know what causes it, I don’t know why or what it is, but spontaneous “Banhammer Strikes” have been hitting others and I myself have suddenly been hit by one. But the kicker? I wasn’t even finished my match of INFECTION! Like I said I don’t know what causes it, but I can only assume it’s related to the whole “Arena” set up, and is somehow relevant as a game leaving penalty. I don’t know about you guys, but I don’t see game modes like Infection and Rift Ball as competitive game modes, so to police them as such is probably one of the worst decisions ever. I get that 343 may well want to appeal to the competitive players, but this is a video game and at the core are MEANT for entertainment and fun, so having a competitive “Arena” section that houses every non-Warzone game mode is an awful idea. There should be an Arena, then a simple Multiplyer option for all those who want to play the game casually.

About your comment, this “policing” applies to every gamemode, aside from customs, to prevent people from quitting.
As for your divide of casual vs. competitive, competitive play exists in every Halo 5 gamemode. There’s at least one person trying to be the greatest in the game, and it’s very evident by their gameplay. Dividing casual and competitive would cause even more of an uproar, as there’s nothing stopping someone who wants to destroy everyones’ face from hopping into a game with someone who just wants to be laid back.
