SPARTAN OPS EPISODE 5 SPOILERS AHEAD!
If you watched the cinematic of Spartan Ops, we know that Halsey is up to something; whether it it be good or bad. What we do know is that is seems as if Halsey is communicating with Jul’Mdama. Knowing Halsey, she must have a proper reason behind this, but what are some speculations of yours as to what you think Halsey is up to?
As for me, I don’t exactly know, but I believe it is for the good of the UNSC.
It seems like Jul is somewhat taking advantage of Halsey’s curiosity. He dangled a carrot in front of her and my guess is that she helped in some way of helping him without knowing who he was.
She’s really old, she might be confused about what she’s doing
