So if Requiem gets destroyed at the end of Spartan ops and the Prometheans where native to it, would that mean they are all dead now…?
I see them coming back in Halo 5 because it would be dumb to just get rid of them after the first game.
I guess the Flood will replace them, which would be awesome; I can’t wait to see the changes they made to them.
But anyway… do you guys think the Prometheans will return? How?

Most likely Jul still has some control over them.
I am guessing by the end of Spartan Ops season 2 the UNSC will have gotten the other half of the key back. And I believe Halsey will use help get it back using it as leverage to get back in good graces with the UNSC.
So if I am right and humans have the key and the location to ALL Forerunner artifacts, the Prometheans will be replaced with some other Forerunner tech.
