The first mission is with osiris and the second is with blue team,it’s ok
Then,why is the 8th mission with osiris,does it mean that blue team or osiris have 2 mission consequently?

The current theory is that there are more Osiris missions in the game than Blue Team missions. Currently, I suspect the ratio to be about 3 Osiris missions for every 1 Blue Team mission.
Some members here have analyzed the Halo 5 achievements list, and based on the details it looks like, yes, some missions will be two Locke missions in a row.
