Was it just me or was the scanned trailler not present in the campaign?

Some of the cutscenes were confusing. When the librarian was talking to the chief she said the greatest enemy to the forerunners was “you.” (not verbatim).
By you, does she mean the chief or humanity? That scene and a few others were confusing.

The trailers were artistic interpretations.

The Librarian referred to “you” as humanity, as the Didact fought the ancient humans as they pushed in to forerunner territory and performed cleansing on forerunner planets in order to escape and maintain the growing flood infection prior to the firing of the Halos.
