For those that don’t know once you take it in campaign Outpost Tremonius becomes the main UNSC base bellow is some suggestions I Have to give it more flare and more use as you advance valor and beat the game.
Suggestion one: add unlocked weapons, marines, and vehicles to the base, give it an armory
There are several empty buildings even after you take it over, my suggestion is to make use of them. Example one building can be made into a barracks and another a medbay, with marines appearing as you save squads. along with those you would also get unique dialog to show just how things are going, the higher your Valor the more hopeful everyone is.
Two, the base isn’t in a prime location, but it would be nice to see every single vehicle and weapon you have unlocked. So turning another building into an armory which has spawn points for each unlocked high value target weapon, and spawn points for things like the spartan killer chopper would be nice.
And finally in this, it would be good to see Echo 216 land at the landing pad from time to time while there dropping off supplies and picking up troops. (this would only happen after you beat the game.)
Suggestion two: add a command center, that allows us to replay missions.
Would be cool to have a holographic command center where you can replay missions as combat training. this would have a holographic table where you select the mission, and a simulation pod that you get in to start it. When sellecting a mission you can change the following options; Primary weapon, secondary weapon, equiped greandes, skulls active, simulate allies (gives you a squad of marines at the start, unique achievement for completing the missions with these guys.), and other simulation based settings.
Along with this, would be operations simulation, this is redoing outpost attacks or High value target attacks, with it limiting your play area and having similar options.
In both simulation sitatutions, you can “leave simulation” at any point to return to the base, and you can do things like setting live limits so if you die 3 times in the mission it will boot you out. A funny detail that can be added is soldiers watching the simulations after you leave or at least watching the holo map. If you die in one a marine might say something like “How did you survive that the first time?”
