Has anyone figured out how to get splitscreen to work in the flight? I swear I’m an idiot and don’t understand the process. If it’s not in this flight that’s fine too but wanted to try out splitscreen.

Eh, what do you mean it won’t be at launch? I get not in this flight. Has that been announced anywhere? I mean I’m not surprised but are you sure on that? I mean that’s what killed Guardians was the lack of splitscreen. I’m not talking about campaign co-op but actual multiplayer splitscreen.

They’ve been mentioning co-op won’t be included for launch in various blog updates recently. They are aiming to have it included shortly after launch, I believe around 3 months.

Right, co-op campaign is different than splitscreen for local multiplayer. In past Halo games, well, excluding Guardians, couch multiplayer for up to 4 with LAN support was a standard with the series. I was hoping to at least try out splitscreen in the flight for local multiplayer in addition to online multiplayer. There’s a high likelihood I’m doing it wrong and was hoping someone smarter (anyone that is) could also give it a shot.
