I’m convinced splitscreen is the new sprint. No matter how much great news we received yesterday, people had to latch on to something to complain about. This reminds me of the epic Allen Iverson “We talking about practice rant” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGDBR2L5kzI.
Halo is supposed to be the game we all love, yet we’re here talking about splitscreen, not the EPIC new multiplayer mode they have been working on for 3 years, not the 35 free maps, not the free online coop, not the most gameplay improvements we have ever seen in a Halo game, not Blue Team and other characters from Halo Lore being incorporated into the game,were talking about splitscreen. Not to mention 2 player spitscreen is still there for mp.

It’s not a basic feature, hence why most games don’t incorporate it. With the specifications needed to run games today is just isn’t as feasible as before. Personally all the news I received yesterday far outweighs no splitscreen. I may play occasionally with friends and family, but why limit the overall experience for those seldom occasions.
Well if you spend a lot of your time playing Halo in splitscreen it doesn’t really matter what they add to the game if there is no splitscreen.
I only play Halo with my brother. The game could have 400 hundred maps. If I can’t play with him, it’s pointless.

I think you’re confusing 4 player co-op with split screen. In split-screen, only two players can play at the same time but you can play with up to 3 friends in the campaign.

Those are subjective feelings. Others will feel as though it looks great and its very fun. Same goes for H5.
The difference being one game has 4 player splitscreen.and one does not.
