Split screen to Halo 5 is like DRM to Xbox One

This thread will probably get shut, but here’s the thing:

Yesterday there were many, many good news about Halo 5: many favorite characters will make comeback, there will be huge levels with alternate routes as well as 20 multiplayers maps + free dlc maps etc. However most discussed topic is lack of split screen in campaign. It’s like everyone was neglecting the signs (awful split screen in Halo 4, unplayable split screen in Halo 2 Anniversary multiplayer, lack of split screen in Halo 5 beta…) until this happened.

It’s like with Xbox One reveal, when Microsoft was totally opposed to what gamers were expecting, because these gamers were neglecting signs that were coming to them (like constant leaks about DRM). Just like -Yoink!- before 343i must now listen to it’s fans to make it somehow right (but even then trust is broken). I mean now Halo campaign is designed around cooperation of 4 players, yet the most natural way of how these players would play it (that means with kid/parent/woman/sibling) is gone! And they thought it wouldn’t be such a big deal!

NO! NO! NO!

This game needs functional 4 player split screen for all modes. Anything below that is unacceptable.

So you know this and choose to make a thread anyways?

There’s a thread on split screen already.
