Will the Halo Infinite Tech. Flight support split-screen?
Or we not getting it till a future flight here. Just hope it’s full screen and not have black borders. Really reduce fov.
But Also I think Forge will be a future flight as well so hopefully we can have split-screen
They said in the stream that split screen will not be available. But it sounds like it might come in the future.
No splitscreen for the flight but they will have it at launch.

I question if people would actually split-screen on PC. I know Rocket League supports it but it seems like a very niche feature for PC games as opposed to console.

There’s a lot of us that would. Honestly if it launches without it on PC the only thing I’ll do is play the campaign and that’s it. It’ll just end up buried in my steam library. Main reason I say that is because it’s not fair to my kid. Hell I have MCC PC and haven’t touched it in months because of the fact it’s missing split screen. I still play a few times a week on 360 with my kid. Had they included it in PC I’d be playing there instead. I refuse to buy a $500 console for one game I learned my mistake with halo 5.

I had to buy my brother another copy of mcc just to play with him i was hoping they would add split screen for pc but I don’t think it will be happening

long ago they confirmed that the new halo would get split screen and will be on the pc but not sure about it anymore they haven’t really spoken about it.
I hope split-screen is supported. Some of my best memories with Halo is split-screen campaign with buddies.

Yeah, I mean im just happy us PC players finally get a Halo game at LAUNCH. Which is nice, I really hope that features arent completely cut across the platforms or anything like that. I also really hope that PC gets the GEN 5 version of the game. Because I know some other developers are shipping the Gen4 versions of their games (Graphics and such) to the PC instead of Gen5 version! That would be hellla lame.
The good news in the new infinite development video, Joe Staton said split screen on PC is something “the development team is excited to explore” post launch. Went on to say there’s a lot of different “configs” to consider. This is extreme déjà vu for us that have been waiting for a few years for split screen with MCC PC, but at least it came from old man Joey Staton himself, @Sk3tch even addressed feedback about it from the MCC PC community, which means they’re listening:

Anybody seen any news of split screen (for Console) in the Sept 24th flight, or is this 100% just going to be in at launch and not beforehand?
Asking because I just found out I’ll have my nephew this weekend who is newly obsessed with Halo (he’s 12), he hasn’t had a lot of game experience in general so I was hoping maybe we could split screen against some bots together. If not I guess we’ll just fall back to MCC and see if he’s interested in playing some of the flight solo or not (he’s a little iffy about playing on his own still).
