Lately, I mostly play multiplayer split screen with my girlfriend. There is nothing better than being in one team with someone who is sitting right next to you and sharing same TV set. However I have some problems with it. I hope those matters will be fixed with incoming TU:
Frame rate - map Complex is barely playable on splitscreen. Same goes to Crimson Map Pack. Please fix it. Complex is as bad enough without this problem.
Sound issues - when one of player turn on active camo, all sound effects are affected. Please fix this, so each player can hear what’s going on.
Split screen - I seems to be Halo tradition, but today TV sets are 16:9 instead of 4:3. Also me and my girlfriend aren’t sitting on each other’s head. Can’t upper screen be little bit to the left and lower screen to the right? We would feel much more comfortable.
Profiles - so my girlfriend have hers Xbox Live account, but when it goes to multiplayer, she plays as a guest (because I have Gold). Can’t there be gamer’s profile inside the game (separate from Xbox Live account)? Right now each time we want to play my girlfrien spends 10 minutes to customise her look, tag, loadouts etc. It’s such a pain in the asss.
