Was Split screen available during the first round of testing? Do we know if it will be available for this upcoming flight?
If they didn’t mention it, it probably is not.

Don’t believe so. Pretty sure they also mentioned multiplayer splitscreen was also “tbd” in the same time they mentioned co-op and forge.

Specifically mentions Campaign, no confirmation of player versus player. Albeit, it’s an old post… only thing I found.
I found some confirmation concerning split screen in a Halo Infinite Development Update. They’ve confirmed split screen multiplayer at launch (not sure about Flight/Beta) along with the announcement of delayed Campaign Co-Op and Forge, but will be introduced at a later date; estimate of roughly 3-6 months after release.

It was not. I tried everything possible to see if it was in that Flight. As for this Flight - I tried and then quit and asked others. I figure I’m doing something wrong if it’s included. Someone else suggested it would be in an upcoming flight. I was hoping it was this one.
I only pay for a single Xbox Live account and was trying to get a guest controller to use it. But as this is a free to play game it in theory shouldn’t matter. But who knows.
So during this second flight test it will let two players on the same screen but when you go to play anything it will say that split screen is not supported
